Feels like Narnia around here...

FYI... the Prius isn't a good snow car. 

This week we had a crazy snow (& ice) storm here in Raleigh. Being the  southern California girl that I am, this was exciting. There is nothing like fresh snow dusting everything around you.  It's pretty, peaceful, and calls for everyone to stop what they're doing immediately to go sledding. On the flip side, it also means being "snowed in"... ughhh!

Well, I decided against that. I went out. And it was worth it.

So did EVERY bird in my neighborhood.
